With the legal requirement for Owners Corporation Managers (Body Corporate & Council of Owners) to ensure OH&S, equipment servicing and certification of Essential Safety Measures, we plan, coordinate and manage all technical maintenance. We provide an Annual Essential Safety Measures Report to meet Owners Corporation obligations with no upfront fees. All maintenance is certified to meet and satisfy your obligations when managing apartments and other strata titled sites. We manage the risk to minimise the exposure to fines, litigation or resultant safety mishaps in residences and leased accommodation. Other Regulations & Acts for consideration include Building Act 1993, Building Regulations 2006, Occupational Health & Safety Act 2004.
