Our belief, after years of experience, is that maintenance planning and compliance goes hand in hand and with the new Owners Corporation obligations to establish a sinking fund and maintenance plan, we will be able to provide a service to you that reduces the Owners Corporation or Council of Owners risk and management operating costs. With the legal requirement for Owners Corporation Managers (Body Corporate & Council of Owners) to ensure OH&S, equipment servicing and certification of Essential Safety Measures, we plan, coordinate and manage all technical maintenance. We provide an Annual Essential Safety Measures Report to meet Owners Corporation obligations with no upfront fees. All maintenance is certified to meet and satisfy your obligations when managing apartments and other strata titled sites. We manage the risk to minimise the exposure to fines, litigation or resultant safety mishaps in residences and leased accommodation. Other Regulations and Acts to comply with include the Building Act 1993, Building Regulations 1993 & 2008 and the Occupatoinal Health & Safety Act, also known as The Act.
