We inspect, assess and report on building and constrction defects.  If required, we plan and manage the rectifcation of faults and defects from geotechnical investigations right through to engineering desing solutions and contractor and works management.

We support Developers & Project Managers in providing Project Quality Control when new construction, civil and roads infrastructure works or fitout is delivered, by undertaking Defects & Unfinished works inspections and particularly with respect to engineering structures, services and fitout finishes for property and owners corporation managers.

In assessing projects under construction or completed projects, we assess engineering systems integration, suitability of office fitouts and compliance with the occupancy permit, building permit or government requirement.  Our expertice lies in the assessment, rectifiation and control of construction defects and funfinished works.
