Complex – Contractor Induction Regulations

All Complex and approved client contractors are to be inducted consistently to ensure the following Complex Contractor Induction Regulations are adhered to.  

Once inducted, all contactors are obliged to work in accordance with strict operating parameters, allowing the group to maintain industry leading performance standards and incident free property workplaces.  Since inception, there have been Nil incidents across all Complex Property Group workplaces. 

All Sites: Contractor Induction Regulations

    1. Complete Complex Preferred Contractor Application Form & abide by required work practices
    2. Abide by Work Procedures & Help Desk Management Processes
    3. WorkSafe* Familiarisation with the site you are attending to perform work at (OHS Risks, Problems or Hazards)
    4. Liaison with the nominated site contact site
    5. Do Not bring Visitors to the site without Permission
    6. Do Not Smoke on-site, Swear, Spit or Steal
    7. Do Not work under the influence of Drugs and/or Alcohol
    8. Complete Work, provide Help Desk with work feedback on job closure/completion and Submit invoices within 7 days with relevant Work Order Number and site details

Major Sites: Contractor Induction Regulations Additional Requirements

In addition to items 1 to 8 above:

  1. Sign in Site Attendance Log Book and then familiarise yourself with the pre-established Site Hazards Register before commencing any work
  2. Document maintenance performed and complete service report as contracted
