We have a dedicated facade maintenance and facade cleaning division, with over 30 years experience providing window cleaning, facade cleaning and maintenance, restoration, refurbishment, inspections and industrial rope access methodology. There aren’t many companies who can deliver the suite of facade services we offer.

As part of continued commitment to providing useful and innovative solutions, CPG leads the industry by offering secure web based SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), Project updates and Site Specific inductions and training.

Complex Property Services is dedicated to environmental and workplace safety. We have Public Liability insurance cover for $20 million, with site specific cover as required. Professional Indemnity insurance for $10 million is also in place.
