CPG Quality Policy


PURPOSE
The purpose of this Policy is to lead Continuous Improvement Systems and Processes, Increase Performance Management of operations, and develop Strategies to ensure a competitive sustainable future.

POLICY
Complex Property Group aims to implement the organisation’s continuous improvement systems and processes across it’s operations and for it’s employees and representatives.  Emphasis is placed on using systems and strategies to actively encourage team and client participation in the process, monitoring and reviewing of performance, and identification of areas for further improvements.

The following, as a minimum, shall be the what CPG strives to sustain for the course of it’s work and operation:

• Lead continuous Improvement Systems and Processes by encouraging an open work environment and client participation

• Monitor work outputs and Adjustment of Performance Strategies where and when appropriate

• Management of Opportunities during the day to day running of the business or as they arise for Further Improvement and increased Efficiency and Performance

• Embrace Change Management and work within sustainable guidelines

 

CPG Sustainability & Environment Policy


PURPOSE
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the sustainability of CPG practices, the protection of the environment during the course of work, increase the level of staff and contractor awareness and the development of sustainable and sound environmental practices through appropriate purchasing, use of materials and products and through work.

POLICY
Complex Property Group aims to continuously improve its position in society by limiting or eliminating adverse affects of its practices and environmental emissions. Emphasis is placed on using strategies and processes to actively encourage team and client participation in the process of maintaining a sustainable, environmentally friendly future, monitoring and reviewing of performance, and identification of areas for further improvements.

The following, as a minimum, shall be the what CPG strives to sustain for the course of it’s work and operation in relation to Society Impacts, Environmental Impact Minimisation and Financial sustainability.

CPG will ensure that our actions do not have a negative impact on the Environment

CPG, together with its employees and subcontractors, strive to:

• Minimise the creation of waste materials;
• Purchase materials that have no adverse impacts on the environment;
• Ensure that the waste that is generated is recycled whenever practicable or returned to the place of purchase for trade in, recycling or retrofit where available;
• Ensure that all hazardous and environmentally sensitive materials are effectively contained;
• Dispose of residual waste materials in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner;
• Comply with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements;
• Embrace Change Management and work within sustainable guidelines;
• Be aware of and where possible contribute positively to society needs.

 

Complex Property Group Occupational Health and Safety Policy


PURPOSE
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the safety and welfare of persons during the course of works performed by CPG and its representatives.

POLICY
Complex Property Group, its employees and representatives shall strive to provide a safe working environment for its staff and representatives, and perform work in accordance with the CPG Company Safety Management Plan.

The following, as a minimum is strived by CPG, to sustain for the course of its work and operations:

• Continually improve Staff Training, Learning, Education and Competency

• Improved Competency in the use of Plant and Equipment, and Safer Handling

• Achieving Industry Best Practice, and work within the umbrella of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (2005), by Regulations and Codes of Practice, to relevant Australian Standards and Minimum Criteria as set by Clients.

• Give consideration to Sustainability Practices whilst maintaining a safe workplace

• Maintain a clean Workplace and appropriate Housekeeping

• Demonstrate leadership and commitment throughout the organisation

• Endorse Client support in relevant areas of OHSE

• Ensure all incidents are reported and investigated

• Allocate the required resources to meet the obligations of this Policy
